and Kani Thiru. The show is hosted by the famous VJ Rakshan. The format of the competition is that each week, the contestants who are celebrity chefs are paired with comedians (termed as Comalis) who are amateur cooks. They are to compete in three task rounds: Advantage 1 and 2, and the Main Task.
The winner of the Advantage tasks is allowed the liberty to choose their time frame of work for the Main round. Most of the workis to be covered by the Comalis. The main game involves presenting a dish in front of the judges, chefs Damodharan and Venkatesh Bhat. The winner of the Main match is given immunity status and is free from elimination the following week. Thus, the show has a new angle on cooking with comedy as a preview.
