Tamil Tv Serial The Royal Palate

The Royal Palate is a web series created by TVF Play. It was produced by Behrouz Biryani. The first episode, of the show, aired on 16th May 2019. The show had a total of 7 episodes, in its first season. The show tried to showcase the different famous cuisines of India's royal families from different states. The web series is hosted by one of the best Indian chefs Kunal Kapoor. In every episode, different celebrities were present to explore different royal places with Kunal Kapoor. The show was a journey to keep its viewers on a journey to reveal the cooking secrets of the royals.

In the first episode, chef Kunal, with the YouTube dancer named Melvin Luis, goes to Lucknow to explore the recipe of royal Kebab. In this episode, he meets the head of royals of Lucknow Raja Muhhamad Amir. He talks about the history of kebabs and tells us the variety of kabab made in Lucknow. He tells us the secret ingredients used in making a royal kebab. In the second episode, chef Kunal with a tv personality named Benafsha Soonawalla visits The Samode Palace in Jaipur where they try to eat Jungali maas, Safed maas and laal maas. Chef Kunal meets with Thakur Yadvendra Singh member of the royal family of Samode who tells them about the types of mass, and they explore their secret.

In the third episode, Kunal with Chef Sarah Todd discovers the different flavors of biryani in different states, and then they try to find one perfect recipe for us to try. In the 4th episode, chef Kunal visits the royal family of Rampur to try their very famous Halwa. Not regular halwa but Ghaas(grass) ka halwa, Machli(fish) ka halwa, Adrak(ginger) ka halwa. In the episode, 5 Chef Kunal with Barkha Singh visits Kerala to try their famous Sadhya dish that is made in the state. They explore the different types of Sadhya and discover the secrets to cooking perfect Sadhya.

In the 6th episode, chef Kunal Kapoor with Ahsas Channa, a TV personality, visits Castle Khatna in Rajasthan. They go there to try their famous delicacy of Phaguniya Kalia Kham which is meat cooked with vegetables that are grown, especially during the spring season in local areas. In the episode, 7 Chef Kunal with YouTuber Jordindian goes to Murshidabad to explore the royal exquisite Sherawali cuisine. They tell the viewers about the way it is made and the history of this food. That's where the first season comes to an end.
