Ravindra Jain was an Indian lyricist and music director. He was born on 28th February 1944 in Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh and died on 9th October 2015 in Mumbai. Despite being blind from birth, played the harmonium and composed many pieces and inspired many people. Ravindra was the third child of a Sanskrit and Ayurvedic scholar named Pandit Indramani Jain and Kiran Jain. He had six brothers and a sister. He married Divya Jain with whom they had a son named Aayushman Jain. He died in a hospital due to multiple organ failure.
