Cooking shows on Indian television means a lot of fun because of its diversity and the type of food people eat here. In one state people eat sweet stuff and in other states, one eats spicy stuff. India is full of diversity. If you travel from one state to another you will feel like you are visiting another country. To learn all these diverse recipes are hard. It's like learning a new language, you have to devote yourself if you want to learn it in a traditional way. Thanks to all the cooking shows. Payasam Mela is one of the shows on which they tell all the recipes in the easiest manner possible. In the show, the host invites different cooking experts who tell how to cook famous recipes in India. The show started in August 2018. One episode of the show is 20 to 25 minutes long. The show was aired on Kerala Vision TV.
