The second season shows Shivanya giving birth to a baby girl after three months of events of the first season. The baby girl, Shivangi, is healthy despite being born six months early. A leap of 25 years is shown after which Shivanya doesn’t want Shivangi to become an Icchadhari Naagin and protect Naagmani. A saint advises her that all this can be avoided only if Shivangi gets married before becoming 25. Rocky who is adopted nephew of Yamini and also fiance of Shesha, starts loving Shivangi.

Shivanya, who doesn’t know anything about all this, arranges the marriage of Rocky and Shivangi. But on the day of marriage, the gang of Yamini kills all the wedding guests including Shivangi’s family and later ruthlessly stabs Shivanya. They tell about deaths to Rocky but put the blame on dacoits, leaving Rocky heartbroken. Shivangi, somehow, escapes from Yamini’s gang and reaches to a saint who informs her about the life of Shivanya and also that now only she can touch the Naagmani.

She sees murderers among whom she considers one to be Rocky. She tries to commit suicide but survives and becomes an Icchadhari Naagin. She promises to protect Naagmani and also to take revenge for her mother’s death. After a few days, on the wedding of Shesha and Rocky, Shivangi enters Rocky’s house. Everyone is shocked to see her as everyone believed her to be dead. However, Shesha and Yamini accept her as they learn that only she can touch Naagmani. Later, Yamini makes Shivangi marry Rocky. On Karwa Chauth, Shivangi is attacked by the eighth murderer of Shivanya, but Rocky saves her. She realizes that Rocky is innocent and later, she kills all of Shivanya’s murderers.

Then, Yamini and Shesha comes to know that Shivangi is also a Naagin and that she is the one who killed all murderers of Shivanya. Later, Shivangi make Shesha a statue and kills Yamini. She also learns that it was Yamini, the family of Rocky’s friend, and Rocky’s father who killed Ritik and that they all want Naagmani. On his 27th birthday, Rocky becomes an Icchadhari Naag and helps Shivangi to kill all Ritik’s murderers. The season ends on a mysterious note in which Rocky stabs Shivangi.
