The Malayalam version got telecasted on Surya TV. The story deals with Lord Rama, Seetha and their kids, Lava and Kusha. After Rama and Seetha return from Lanka, Seetha gets pregnant. The entire Kingdom is happy after the announcement of Seetha’s pregnancy and they were celebrating. But, when someone spread rumors about Seetha, Rama sent her out from the palace, and Seetha, an ideal wife, understood why Rama asked her to get out. At the Saint Valmiki’s Ashram, Seetha delivers the twin children, Lava and Kusha. They hear the story of Rama and grow up. But, they didn’t know that he is their dad. Later, they come to know that Rama sent Seetha out due to the rumors. At that moment, they develop hatred against him. When Ashwamedha Yaga was arranged, they come to know that Rama is their dad. Seetha unites the kids with their dad and rejoins her mother, Bhumidevi. Lava and Kusha were taken to Ayodhya and get all their rights as the Princes. After some time, Rama goes to Seetha in heaven after Jalasamadhi.
