is a lifestyle TV show in the Malayalam language which is aired on Kairali TV. It is basically a health show and falls in the health and fitness genre. Jeevanam is aired on Kairali TV every Sunday at 7:00 am in the morning.  As he title of the serial suggests, the show Jeevanam focuses on those various aspects which are essential for a healthy mind, health and a healthy lifestyle. Jeevanam also stresses on the benefits, advantages and practice of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic treatment which is an essential part of the culture and tradition of Kerala. Jeevanam features famous yogic and Ayurvedic practitioner, Swami Nirmalananda Giri Maharajji, who tells and preaches the viewers and the audiences many lifestyle modifying methods based on Ayurveda whose main base or the main motto is that- a healthy and sound mind and soul can only give rise to a healthy body and lifestyle and can purify a human being’s existence from within. He also discusses various remedy and treatments mainly based on Ayurveda for various lifestyle and age related diseases. Swami Nirmalananda Giri Maharaj through his show Jeevanam, requests and urges its audiences to clean and purify their inner soul and minds to get rid of the diseases and the discomforts. The show is quite popular among the viewers of all class, caste and age and had been airing on Kairali TV successfully for quite a few years now.
