Bale Bangara is a Kannada language TV show that aired on the channel Zee Kannada from Monday to Friday at 8 pm. The show was hosted by Any Prabhakar. Bale Bangara is a game show for women of Karnataka. Every game started with 32 teams, each consisted of two women either related to each other or friends. The winners of the game show receive gold as their prize. In every episode, four teams are randomly selected to play the game, which consists of three rounds. The first round is called “Sarvabhouma”, in which questions related to movies and celebrities are asked. Each team picks a chit that consists of a number corresponding to the set of questionnaires. Each set consists of three questions, each of which carries ten gold coins. The second round is called “Mathadu Mathadu Mallige”, in which one player of a team picks a chit that has the name of an object.
They have to talk about it for a minute without using English words and without giving a gap. After a minute, the other player should guess the word. The third round is called “

”. This is a charades round where one player should enact the given name. This one has a time limit of one minute. If the other player cannot guess it within a minute, the hit gives a clue. The team with the highest number of gold coins by the end of the third round wins the episode and qualifies for the next round, the quarter-finals. Then there are semi-finals and the finals. The last qualifier round and the rounds after that have a different first-round called “Minjina Ota”. It is a buzzer round in which questions regarding both general knowledge and movies are asked, and whoever answers first wins ten gold coins.
