Naagini is a revenge drama which comes from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 pm. It revolves aroundNaagini who is an inhabitant of Naglok, i.e. world of snakes. A human being kills her parents just to capture theNagamani which leaves her shocked, and she needs the nagamani back to make her parents alive, so she takes the form of a beautiful girl, Amritha. She does so to get nagamani as well to avenge the death of her parents and starts finding the culprit. But the twist comes when she falls in love with the son of the murderer of her parents. So, now what would be her decision? Would she leave Nagamani for her love or would take revenge as well bring the nagamani back for reviving her parent’s life? Rudra goes to Thankshakavana to get nagamani for which his mother scolds Vani and Hema.

Rudra gets the Nagamani and kills Amrithy with fire, but Nagaraja comes there and runs after snatching the nagamani to save it from Rudra. Naagini is about to kill Vishnu but fails, and Vishnu tells everyone to leave the village. Amritha decides to kill them, but her aunt saves them. Meanwhile, Vani’s baby dies during the delivery, and when Rudra comes to know about it, he thinks that this is because he went to Thankshakavana and Vishnu hides the Nagamani. On the other hand, Naagini takes an oath to take revenge from Vishnu and his family.

Baba tells the family that they should not go out till he performs pooja on amavasye for doshaparihara which makes Vishnu worried as he had decided to keep nagamani back by going to Thakshakavana. Rudra’s mother sees all the misfortunes that are taking place in their family after their visit to Thakshakavana and asks for the same from Vishnu to which confesses everything. Vishnu while distributing the lemons which Baba gave see his son missing whereas Naagini thrashes his son for revenge.

Vishnu uses nagamani to revive Karna which makes Naagini angrier and Baba tells Rudra to be careful as Naagini is trying hard for revenge, after learning everything. Meanwhile, Rudra’s mother decides to burn everything related to Naga, but Vishnu hides book of Nagamani mantra from her. Rudra is told by Baba that his family got Naga Dosha, and Vishnu’s family leave the place, but he takes nagmani with him. Meanwhile, Baba locks Naagini. Ten years have passed, and they are leaving in a new house where Vishnu’s elder son is married while younger one is abroad. Rudra’s mother tells everyone to attend home to remain secure and to be careful for two more years. On the other hand, Naagini impresses

Lord Shiva by her pooja and vratha and gets excess power. When Arjun dreams of a snake biting him, his grandma tells him that he has nagadosha in his horoscope, but he ignores it. Rudra learns that Naagini escaped by Baba whereas Triveni slaps him after learning that he killed a holy snake. Triveni gets happy when Arjun tells about his incident with a snake and appreciate him. On the other hand, Saroja continues doing Naga Pooja for baby unaware that Vikram’s uncle and aunt are giving her anti-pregnancy pills for the property.

Arjun keeps seeing Naagini and wants to talk to her as he has seen her in his dream, but everytime he is unable to talk to her. Meanwhile, Triveni learns that Arjun has SarpaDosha and that he has to marry before the age of 25. Baba tells Rudra that he would catch Amritha whereas Arjun keeps dreaming about her. Amritha gets angry when Arjun tries to talk to her but later tells him to drop her to Thakshakavana. Amritha searches for Nagaraj, her father, dead body and Arjun is shocked to know that the fresh looking dead body is a snake who died ten years ago and takes the body to his house to do further research.

Meanwhile, Vishnu is also finding the dead body and creates fire in the whole forest when he is unable to find it. Amritha is sad to not find the dead body and returns to Saroja’s house with Arjun who hugs her happily, and Vikram tells her to inform them of going somewhere. A servant sees the snake’s dead body in Arjun’s car but Arjun replaces it with a garland before his family comes, but Triveni feels suspicious. Amritha gets caught fire and is shocked to know that the previous priest died but Arjun saves her.

Saroja is fed poison by her aunt, but Amritha saves her. Later, she finds that Rajeshwari fed her poison and so she slaps her in disguise of her husband. On losing the bid, Vishnu prays to Nagamani and wins which makeRudra suspicious, but Vishnu denies to tell anything to him. Arjun starts finding Amritha whereas Baba tells Rudra that she can’t turn into a snake, but Amritha’s aunt tells her that Nagaberu can help her in this which can be available with SidduPurushas.

Amritha starts suffering as Baba does a pooja to kill her. Meanwhile, Arjun visits Mallige Pura as Guruji to find Amritha. The doctor arrives but is unable to do anything and tells to Saroja to shift Amritha to a hospital. Baba tells that when a particular plant dies than Amritha will die. On the other hand, Saroja meets Arjun in disguise of Guruji and tells him to eat at her house. Vikram comes and tells about the critical condition of Amritha to which Saroja requests Arjun to save her.

Arjun saves her with Nagaberu and Baba gets angry when theplant starts growing drastically indicating that someone saved Amritha. Triveni tells Hema about Arjun’s irregular coming at home and then warns Arjun to not go without informing. Arjun confesses everything to his brother and returns everything to Guruji, but he gives him Nagaberu back. Meanwhile, Saroja and Vikram overhear Amritha praying for revenge. Arjun proposes Amritha, but she refuses and leaves as a snake.

Later, Arjun saves her when she is in snake form as some kids try to kill it. Vikram and Saroja decide to adopt Amritha, but Vikram’s mother and Rajeshwari are against this. Later, Vikram’s mother agrees. On the other hand, Arjun decides to win Amritha’s, heart. Amritha asks for sometime to decide about adoption, whereas Arjun’s brother sees Vishnu talking to himself with Nagamani and questions him about it.

Arjun lies to Triveni and Hema that he met with an accident and so they don’t allow Rudra to meet him who came to question him, after seeing him near Naagini’s house. Later, Arjun avoids Rudra by pretending to sleep. On the other hand, Hema feels suspicious about Vikram as he remains in his study for most of the time and tells to Rudra too.

Rajeshwari wants snake charmer to leave a snake in Saroja’s room and keep trying for it. Vishnu shifts position of Nagamani as he learns that Rudra is suspicious of him whereas Amritha saves Saroja which makes Rajeshwari suspicious that she is a human or not. Vikram and Saroja adoptAmritha whereas Mayuri keeps trying to keep Arjun at home, but later he gets angry at her. Mayuri wants to marry Arjun and Hema decides to keep this marriage asap as Baba tells this to save Arjun from SarpDosha.
