The story follows Dhwani (Bidita Bag). She is happily married to Sahir (Barun Sobti). She is also close with her sister, Payal (Rashi Mal). Payal is known for organizing an elaborate birthday surprise for her sister every year, and the same is expected from her this year. Recently, Payal also went there with her boyfriend Ryan (Saqib Ayub) and liked it very much. She also praised it a lot to Dhwani on a video call. Hence, Dhwani also invited her sister to the property, anticipating her surprise as always.

However, Payal was a no-show even after midnight. It got her sister worried. Payal was supposed to be in Goa and has not contacted her sister since. So, Dhwani calls the boyfriend of Payal, who is also the fitness trainer of Dhwani, Ryan, to inquire about Payal. Ryan informs her that they broke up, and he left the house on Sunday. He emphasizes that he does not know anything else. Now, Dhwani asks the same from the caretaker, Somnath. The caretaker says that Payal left the house on Monday morning. This answer made Dhwani suspicious of Somnath as she knew he was lying. The caretaker and his wife ran away after this altercation. However, they return to the house due to some unknown reasons. Dhwani knew Somnath was lying because she got a video call from Payal from the house on Monday night. Payal seemed agitated and scared. Later on, she texted that it was all a prank. Due to this message, Dhwani did not think much about the call. But joining all the dots, Dhwani realizes that her dear sister has gone missing. Now, Sahir and Dhwani decide to solve this missing person mystery together.

Meanwhile, Dhwani gets a text from Payal explaining her absence and promising to arrive at their house soon, making her relieved. Dhwani tracks her mobile location via an app, which indicates her presence in the Stone House. She thinks that Payal has finally arrived, but she remains a no-show. She and Sahir search for Payal throughout the house but find nothing. However, Dhwani noticed that one of the five decorative stones below the balcony was missing. She later dismisses it as a trivial matter. Now, she reprimands Somnath, who discloses that Payal and Ryan had a big argument before breaking up. Suspecting foul play, she calls Ryan at the house. Ryan elaborates that when Payal started changing clothes, he caught Somnath peeking at her and scolded him. He also reprimanded Payal, which turned into a big fight, and Ryan left. However, he returned on Monday morning, but Somnath did not let him in, and then he left for good.

Now, all suspicion fell on Somnath, and Dhwani pointed a gun at him. Terrified, Somnath finally reveals the dark truth. When he returns on Monday morning with his wife to apologize for his behavior last night, he finds that Payal was actually with Sahir. They were seeing each other behind Dhwani’s back. Hence, Somnath blocked Ryan from entering the house. When Sahir reveals that he and his wife are planning a baby, Payal realizes her mistake. She insists on coming clean to her sister and asks for her forgiveness. Payal feels guilty for betraying her sister Dhwani and starts calling her. It does not sit well with Sahir, who tries to stop her from revealing everything about their love affair.
