Hindi Web Series Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain Season 1

Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain is a web series broadcast on the Alt Balaji with three seasons on the air. The first season introduces us to the Mehra family which includes Mr. Rohit Mehra, Mrs. Poonam Mehra his wife, and their daughters Nikki Mehra and Bani Mehra. This family is a really loving one and can be called the ideal family from the outside. But, Rohit, a man in his early forties is cheating on his wife with an ambitious interior designer Ananya. He is love with Ananya and they both are celebrating their three years of relationship at the starting of this show. He tells Ananya that he feels bad for not meeting her before in his life and she is exactly the person he had been searching for his entire life.

Problems arise when Bani sees a text message from Ananya on her dad’s phone saying ‘ I Love You I Love You is a light-hearted comic drama which fo >> Read More... ’. She becomes very upset and asks her father why. Poonam requests Rohit to end whatever is going on and think about his daughters. Rohit’s mother remains in favor of Rohit till the time his secret is not revealed. As soon as she knows Rohit’s affair she gives full support to Poonam. Now there is a marriage ceremony in which bot Rohit’s family and Ananya clash. But Rohit chooses his family and ignores Ananya completely which makes her so upset that she leaves the wedding. Rohit goes after her. She asks Rohit that “Will you ever choose me over your family or I’ll remain your dirty secret forever”? Rohit is unable to answer this question. He returns home to find his family waiting for him. His mother asks him to leave Ananya and think about his family. But Rohit makes it clear that he loves Ananya and he never wanted to marry Poonam. It was on his mother’s wish that he married.

Ananya is leaving the city when Rohit comes and pacifies her that he will be finally with her. He decides to divorce Poonam. Bani goes to meet Ananya and threatens her to leave her father alone. She comes home drunk and both Nikki and Bani end up crying because they are going to lose their father. Ananya tells Rohit to just leave her and at least keep his family happy. Bani wants to get married to Arya to teach her father a lesson that like father like daughter, both will waste away their lives. Poonam agrees to give Rohit a divorce on this promise that his relationship with his daughter would not be tarnished. And she also tells Rohit to bring Ananya with him to the court during the divorce signing. Rohit brings Ananya to the court. But upon seeing Rohit’s daughter crying she blames herself for their sadness. The divorce has legally happened. Now Rohit is free to marry Ananya. Nikki and Bani still have hopes to reconcile their parents. Bani gets pregnant and miscarriages which make Rohit rush to meet her in the hospital. Ananya asks Rohit if they can have a baby to which he flatly refuses. So she decides to leave and writes a letter to Rohit explaining everything.
