Tom & Jerry Kids is a television cartoon series, co-produced by Hanna-Barbera and Turner Entertainment Co., starring the cat-and-mouse duo, Tom, and Jerry, as children (that is, kitten and baby mouse). It is a slapstick comedy and absurd humor show directed by Don Lusk and Paul Sommer.
Oscar Dufau directed some of the episodes; a few other episodes are directed by Robert Alvarez and Season 3 and 4 were directed by Jay Sarbry. The episodes are a look at the childhood days of vulnerable cat Tom and capricious mouse Jerry, who end up fighting with each other. For the English version, the voice-over artists were Charlie Adler, William Callaway, Teresa Ganzel, Richard Gautier and Phil Hartman. The original programming (the 65-episode run) was segmented into various slots.
The music composer of this show was Tom Worrall. As usual, the voice-over was done in Indian regional languages in Tamil and English. In Pogo, it was telecast at 4.30 pm every day (Monday to Friday).
