Another English show is on its way to come to India. After successful shows like Masterchef, Fear factor, and 24, now the famous show on BBC is ready to enter Indian Television. Love Productions show 'My Big Decision' is debuting on Channel V. Channel V has always come up with shows based on youth and their problems. Such shows have also made it to the headlines because of their bold content. But this hasn't stopped the channel to buy the rights of this famous show. According to our sources, some changes will be made in the format of the show so as to gain acceptance of Indian audience.

A set of 7 episodes are shot for the first season of the show. After learning the reviews and reactions of the audience, producers may think about the second season. Sandhya Mridul will be seen hosting this show. It is being said that ‘My Big Decision’ will be catering to some of the biggest problems of today’s generation be it related to their career or sex. A debatable topic would be picked in each episode which may be ranging from dropping one’s college to having a sex change operation. The show will be featuring 14 youngsters who'll set off on a journey where they'll encounter different situations and problems which would leave an impact on their personality. They'll be meeting opinion makers who would make or break their confidence. The show would lay emphasis on their decision and its importance.

Each contestant would declare their decision at the end of the journey to the studio audience. Viewers will get to witness the decisions of these 14 youngsters, and this would be a learning experience for each viewer. Viewers would get a closer view of reality. In recent times, shows like Splitsvilla, Roadies, etc., has gained the attention of the youngsters and the same is expected by the makers on this show. Mylleta Aga, the general manager of BBC India, said in her interview that the unscripted content of any show is loved by the youth as it adds a cool factor to the show.

The channel has planned that in every single episode, two contestants journey will be revealed. In this way, audiences will witness 14 journeys in 7 episodes. One can’t stop saying that that’s a very bold attempt to bring such a concept from West to East. Only time would prove that this experiment gets acceptance or not.
