MTV India has joined hands with Emami Ltd’s male grooming brand He Deodorant to start their new travel-based reality show “MTV He Ticket.” It will be telecasted from 9th May 2015 till the end of July, every Saturday. This is a travel-adventure show in which you can only participate if you have guts to face unplanned and unknown situations and take yourself to the extremity. It will challenge and test the highest limit of an impulsive adventurer in you. MTV VJs associated with the show are Nikhil, Jose, Ranvijay, and Bani.

The show is in search of those people who are fond of travelling and will accept the adventurous journey to explore the unexplored destinations. 20 contestants will be selected who will get the opportunity to travel to the most interesting places in India. They will explore the hidden wonders of India. This show will be a series of 10 episodes. In each episode, 3 contestants will travel to an unknown place where they will compete in a given task. The winner will get a chance to spend some time with their favourite VJ. The channel launched a site and announced for the entries to be a part of this show. Mandar Natekar, MTV head sales, told “At MTV, we always try our best to provide the audience with unique genres and interesting shows.

Through MTV He Ticket, we are launching a unique travel-based show that will let the participants raise the brand’s personality of ‘Be Interesting’.” The interested candidates need to send them a video of about 2 minutes of them showing what makes them appealing to be eligible for taking away this golden chance along with the details. After reviewing all the entries, MTV will announce the selected entries. The shortlisted contestant needs to gather maximum votes from friends or anyone.

The judges will then select 20 participants on the basis of their entry and counting of votes and then they will be declared as part of the show. The candidates will receive a confirmation email as they submit their entries. He will be travelling to different locations along with the participants. Karan will also accompany them by performing the tasks himself. He will be involved in catching snakes, bathing elephants, and river rafting. The show will also discover some holy places like Ayodhya and their importance in ancient times as well as even today. It will explore the real India by performing adventurous and peculiar tasks.
