All the episodes were shot in the Mumbai studio of Sony TV. It ended on 3 July 2009 and was replaced by Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao, another reality game show.

This show was based on the popular American reality show 30 Seconds to Fame in which the participants have to show their unique talent to stand to win a cash prize. To win the cash prize of Rs. 11,111, a participant must perform for atleast one minute without getting voted out by the audience or judges. The judges along with audience had the power to vote out a participant, but the judges have a special power veto with which they can give a disqualified participant another chance. To vote, they all are given an electronic disapproval voting system. If either one of the judges, or more than 60 percent of audience cast a negative vote, a deadly hooter sounds indicating that the participant is eliminated, and the participant which survives the one minute period gets the chance to win the cash prize.

At the end of every episode, judges choose two of the participants who get to perform in the weekly final episode held on Friday where they perform for one more time but this time for a bigger cash prize of Rs, 500,000. Some of the best performances of Season 1 included a contestant performing yoga on the ice. The contestant did the asanas with so much ease and flexibility. It was superb. Then a girl, Divya showed the audience that girls are a force to be reckoned with. She performed an incredible acrobatic act on a rope. Then there was a group of young contestants who performed a very traditional Mallakhamb which fascinated the audience and made a beautiful human pyramid. Rahul Mane did an incredible job as he danced with four legs.

Initially, it was looking tough, but he managed well and even impressed the judges. Then there was a hot performance by Qadir. He carried a ring of fire on his knees and even on his head. He wowed the audience by his smooth performance. The winner of the season was Deep Yoga Meditation Group who were a group of children with an experienced leader. They showcased the rhythm yoga in the form of dance and amazed the judges as well as the audience.
