The Hindi TV serial Woh was aired on Zee TV during 1998. it was a horror series and is remembered because noted film director Ashutosh Gowarikar played an important role in this serial. The story moves around seven teenagers, Ashutosh, Raja, Julie, Shiva, Ronnie, Sanjeeva and Rahul who are friends and live in Panchgani. These friends come across an evil force Woh ( the role was played by Liliput) who is creating problems for citizens in Panchgani. They try to fight against Woh to bring the evil force under control but are kidnapped by the evil force Woh. A fearful and long drawn battle takes place and the teenagers come out victors. They drive the evil force Woh out of the city ending the menace of the evil force in the city of Panchgani. They promise to each other and all that they would return to Panchgani if and when the evil force Woh returns. 15 years have passed after their parting ways with each other. All of a sudden one day Ashutosh sees the balloons in the places where children are kidnapped denoting the return of the evil force. He informs all others and all of them come together once again to once again end the devastation created by the evil force. A fierce battle of wits and dark forces ensues for a very long time at the end of which, the seven friends once again restore the peace in Panchgani destroying the evil force Woh. The serial could not become much popular due to thin storyline, though it had big names like Shreyas Talpade Those who follow Bollywood movies are accustomed t >> Read More... and Juhi Parmar(both as child artists) attached to it apart from Ashutosh Gowarikar.

The serial was telecast in Zee TV in 1998.
