Love Ka Hai Intezaar is a romantic drama in Hindi. The show has been produced by the very popular actor Siddharth Malhotra who debuted in Bollywood as an actor in the Karan Johar Directorial Student of The Year. In the year 2017, he turned producer with this show that was brought by the channel Star Plus for its afternoon block Star Dopahar. The romantic drama that revolved around two lovers - one of them was a very popular and successful Bollywood actress called Kamini Mathur and the other was the youngest heir to the kingdom of Rajgarh called Madhav Ranawat. Kamini is very rich but her middle-class values are still in force which is why she lives a very simple life. She struggles to find a true companion because all men in her life are materialistic and are interested in her money. This is what attracts her to the Prince of Rajgarh, Madhav, who is also a very simple fellow. He has all the riches in the world but lives a very low-key and simple life. This makes them both very compatible. 

Madhav is a married man with a daughter but that doesn’t stop his love for Kamini. Both lovers face a lot of trouble as they try to cement their relationship. Kamini faces the wrath of society while Madhav faces the angst of his wife and family. The serial is about how these two fragile lovers defend their love and try to figure out how to be together. Their love takes many twists and turns which is what made the show so appealing to so many viewers who were taken aback with the fresh narrative style of the show and its creative bunch of characters.
