Shubra and Kuldeep are the parents of Rishi and Roli. Kuldeep has an illegal relationship with Samaira. Although Kuldeep feels guilty about cheating on his wife, he could not leave Samaira. Shubra doubts that Kuldeep and Samaira have some illegal relationship. But, Kuldeep manages to convince her. Once Kuldeep goes for an outing with his family, Samaira comes there and moves close with him. Rishi, who sees this, tells his mother. But, Shubra convinces him that they are friends. When Shubra goes to Kuldeep’s office, she is informed that her husband quit the job. Shocked, Shubra asks him why he quit his job. He says that he has decided to go to Mumbai, as he got a better offer. He moves to Mumbai and stays with Samaira. But, he lied to his wife that he is staying at the company’s guest house. Shubra’s friends in Mumbai witnessed Kuldeep with Samaira and informs Shubra. Shubra sees her husband staying with Samaira and loses her patience. She slaps Samaira and hands over her wedding chain to Kuldeep, and moves away. Shubra’s father calls his son-in-law to his home and gives him the divorce papers signed by Shubra. But, Kuldeep’s mother is much affectionate towards kids. She brings them home. Following this, Shubra decides not to divorce. What will be Kuldeep’s reaction? Will Samaira allow Kuldeep to stay with his family? The rest of the series deals with this.
