Dil buffering is a  Hindi series. An old-soul love story in this world of tinder, primarily shot in Delhi, this serial shows the story of Abby. Abby, a twenty four-year old girl, is out in this world trying to find her Prince Charming. But her relationship experiences are so bad that it has left her questioning even if true love exists. Whatever she expects never happens. Her family consists of her younger sister and her mother, who is a super cool mom. Abby is a cupcake lover who dreams of owning a bakery and selling cupcakes.Â
Abby’s story has three to four guys who are all selfish pricks. The first one is the cricketer she is dating who uses her for publicity and impressing his fans. Abby punches him in the face and dumps him in front of his live session with his fans. This gives Abby a lot of hatred and unwanted attention from that loser cricketer’s fans. The next one is Deepak, her first love who left to become a doctor. Abby tries to re-contact him and arrives at the hospital where he is practicing as a doctor. She is surprised to find that studying this much has changed him completely. He is not the same fun-loving guy he was before. He speaks like a pig and always cracks jokes related to his profession which no-one can understand.
Her next love interest is Sandeep who is an artist. But after going to a party with him, Abby realizes that he treats every girl as a specimen of art. That means she is no-one special to him. Now comes the main guy who actually likes Abby. He is Gaurav, the owner of the coffee shop, Abby visits daily. He secretly likes Abby and is afraid to say it. But in the end, they do share their feelings for one another.
The basis on which Abby is trying to find love is all wrong. She thinks love is some Fairy tale experience, always happy, but it is not so. Love is a real thing and is a journey together.
