The series revolves around the lifetime of a lass Aradhya, referred to as the daughter of Tulsi a Devdasi, but seems to be a granddaughter of Pradyumna Vidhyadhar Rao and Rao family which is that the biggest rival of the Devadasis. Aryan was referred to as a son of Rao family seems to be the grandson of Tulsi's mother Kumudini which is additionally a Devdasi and Tulsi's son. Kumudini had exchanged Aryan and Aradhya on their birth to take revenge on Pradyumna. Aradhya Ek Prem Katha describes the tough realities and truths of spiritual Devdasi customs during a remote village of Krishnavati in Pune district and therefore the lives of Devadasis.

Main Cast of this show is Sana Amin Sheikh as Aradhya Rao and Shravan Reddy as Aryan Yashwant Chimaji. This show also expresses a romance caught within the world of hatred and conflict because of Aradhya's lineage of a Devdasi family and her regard to Aryan's Rao family, whose family holds a grudge against Aradhya's family.

After initially hating one another, Aradhya and Aryan fall crazy with one another and get married. Later, it is revealed that Aradhya is the Rao family's daughter and Aryan is that the Devdasi family's son. Devdasi Kumudini had interchanged Aradhya and Aryan at their birth. Aradhya and Aryan attempt to unite their families.
