Suhanj Dhanki plays the role of an Icchadhari Naagin, Maya, who is the antagonist in the first part of the series. An Icchadhari Naagin namely Maya kills Manasvini aka Mahima Makwana at her age of 16, in jealousy of the attention she gains from Prince Madhav aka Laksh Lalwani and to take the Manu’s place in the prince's life. After many years, Manasvini reincarnates as Radhika, a filmmaking aspirant. She reaches Narayanpuri, the land of powerful and ancient Garuda Temple, where she remembers about her past life and also comes to know about some secrets related to Manasvini and about the relationship of Maya and Madhav. She comes to know that Maya tries to kill the whole family of Manu with her, but mistakenly she hurts Madhav, Manu in defence stabs Trishul into Maya and Maya in return bites Manu and the all three die together.

At present, Radhika, who is the rebirth of Manu meets Krish, who in a past life was Madhav and belongs to a wealthy family. They both marry each other with the help of a small snake namely Tulsi who wants to undo the wrong done in separating the two lovers by Nagvamsh. Preeti who is Krish’s Bhabhi is an antagonist who wants bad of Radhika and so she tortures her in every possible way. She also kidnaps her brother-in-law who is Krish. Later, she kills Radhika, but Radhika is saved by Tulsi who gives her the powers of Tulsi and thus transforming Radhika into an Icchadhari Naagin. Using these powers of Icchadhari Naagin, Radhika converts Preeti into a normal human being. She worries how to tell the family the truth of her snake nature.
