Starting off with the veteran actor
Amitabh Bachchan followed by
Shah Rukh Khan,
Sonakshi Sinha and Tabu were among the guest who added glamor to the event.
The Big Star Entertainment Awards 2014 and here again there were some actors who were dressed like a dream while others like a nightmare and here is the short review of what was liked by the people versus what people never expected their favorite star would ever be wearing in their life. Starting with Sidharth Malhotra made us to skip a heart beat with his dashing turnout; As we have always seen Sidharth Malhotra in that loose t-shirt paired with a ripped denim, cap, and sneakers, this year he dazzled the red carpet with a black shirt with a blazer and a color similar to the blazer that he was wearing and was looking too hot to be handled. What was worth noticing was his new hairdo? Arjun Kapoor carried his old style statement by wearing a drab blue suit.
Alia Bhatt looked beautiful and gracefully carried her simple black halter neck gown by Halston Heritage. She is someone who puts very less effort on whatever she wears yet looks like a dream, compiled with an “en emerald” green ring by House of Chic. She was looking stunning and what suited her most was her simple yet appealing looks at the red carpet of the event, with her disheveled hairdo adding an irascible appeal to her look. Once again, the bantam beauty nailed it! At times it’s very difficult to understand that with such a gracious face like Sonakshi Sinha why is she unable to choose the right outfit for her as she was wearing cream and black laced Tanya Khanuja gown. What was wrong was the lace print of the dress as it worked against the radiant skin of Sona.
Further, the combination of cream and black appeared to be out of fashion. The full sleeves of the gown and protruding side pleats added an extra spunk to the outfit. It would have been better if it would have been a more vibrant and a brighter color. At the very first look her dress wasn’t so catchy to look at but when further going into the details of the dress it made people at the event as well the views to adore her outfit, Wearing a Slitted Falguni and
Shane Peacock dress, the “
Dostana” actress looked beauteous with her hair tied up as neat bun, she even paired her dress up with sliver colored danglers by Anmol, further he applied a light brown shade of lipstick and her peep-toe pumps. The Dabangg Khan Salman Khan was wearing a dark blue shirt which he paired up with a black blazer and formal pants which had same shades. Jacqueline Fernandez picked up to overawe the red carpet with her pink Dior gown paired with black stilettos.
Shahid Kapoor the “
Haider” actor showed up in a gray silk suit, paired with a black shirt and matching formal shoes. He broke the monotony and was wearing grey shade instead of black. His neatly done hairdo and stubble added a dilapidated appeal to his overall appearance, which made him look even more appealing. There was then a power-packed performance from the “
Bhai” of Bollywood Salman Khan who entertained the audience and took the awards forward. King Khan Shah Rukh took with him the award for being the most entertaining actor (male) for "Happy New Year" the movie which entertained the mob worldwide and concluded to be a hit after the release.
