Harvey is worried as the CEO of this company wants to move the business abroad and Harvey is not pleased about the idea and tries a way out. On the other hand Mike is planning for his Rookie dinner. "Dirty Little Secrets" A case arises on Jessica’s husband on medications causing harm and Harvey defends him. However there are chances that Mike might get exposed. "Bail Out" A crucial case for Harvey where he has to close a deal or defend his driver.

And Mike succeeded in convincing Trevor to come out of the drugs world. "Tricks of the Trade" A case comes up where Harvey and Mike try to defend a woman who is being accused of tracking on Stock exchange for her advantage. Mike helps Rachel to study for LSAT, and he wishes he could take the test for her. "Play the Man" An interesting case where Harvey meets his old rival. Rachel is a witness in the mock trial which Mike is handling. Mike accepts defeat in order not to hurt Rachel. "Identity Crisis" Louis creates problems for the firm while Harvey is trying to solve those problems. The daughter of a business person threatens Mike that she would reveal his secret if he and Pearson don’t drop her case. She is a famous hacker and turns a favor for Mike by putting an entry in Harvard and gets a forged degree.

"Undefeated" Rachel is being accused of leaking the firm’s documents and Mike comes to her rescue. Her name gets cleared and Louis gives her a raise. And Harvey struggles if he must keep his ethical code against a shady lawyer. "Shelf Life" Mike and Harvey are dealing with a guy who is working with a fake degree for almost nine years. Mike and Rachel develop feelings for each other. "Rules of the Game" Mike and Louis are dealing with a case to divide a Moghul’s estate between his two daughters and Jenny doubts that maybe Mike is keeping some secret from her. "Dog Fight" Harvey faces a past case in which he had charged the innocent and now realizing his mistake seeks to free him. But the system thinks that this would be a shameful act where they had an innocent subject arrested and hence Harvey to leave the case as it is. Meanwhile Trevor comes to Mike for some help.
