A million little things is an American television drama series that used to aired on ABC channel at 10 pm EST every Thursday. It was created by DJ Nash and produced by ABC Studios and Kapital Entertainment. It had two seasons; the first one is composed of 17 episodes and the second with 19. The series features a group of friends from Boston who realize the importance of their friendship and life in general after one of them commits suicide. Jon Dixon is a successful businessman and a real estate tycoon, who has it all. He commits suicide, which leaves all his friends and wife Delilah in complete shock. Eddie and Delilah were having an affair but end it believing that their affair was the reason behind Jon’s suicide. Katherine and Eddie are married and have a son. Katherine is a lawyer, and Eddie is a stay at home dad and a recovering alcoholic. After she finds out about his affair with Delilah, she contemplates leaving him, but by the end of season one, they both make peace and decide to work their marriage.

Jon’s friends decide to fulfill his role in Jon’s kids’ life. He leaves a restaurant for Regina, knowing that owning a restaurant was her dream. Regina and Delilah run it together. Rome was about to swallow a couple of pills when he heard the news of Jon’s demise, which made him decide against it. Maggie and Gary, who are dating, are both breast cancer survivors. By the end of season one, Delilah learns that Jon and his college friend Dave were supposed to be on a flight, but Jon had missed it due to his tardiness. That plane was crashed by terrorists, and Dave died. Jon has had survivor’s guilt ever since. The friends' group assumed that it could’ve been the reason why he killed himself.
