Bengali Tv Serial Boron

'Boron' is a Bengali romantic drama serial that was telecast on Star Jalsha and focuses on the story of Tithi and Rudrik. Tithi is a young Bengali woman who is strong, independent, hardworking and devoted to her mother-tongue. Rudrik, on the other hand, is portrayed as a young man brought up in a rich and influential family, who grows up to be arrogant, rude and obnoxious. When Rudrik carelessly causes an accident and leaves the scene, Tithi having seen the accident rushes to help the victim who gets severely injured. She resolves to bring justice and goes to the police. The whole ordeal leads to big chaos and Rudrik vows revenge on Tithi.

On her wedding day, he shoots the groom on the leg, injuring him and in a spite of anger ends up marrying Tithi himself. Rudrik’s father Nandan Banerjee decides to welcome Tithi into the household irrespective of the objections made by the other family members. He, along with Rudrik’s long-time girlfriend, Naira convince them by telling them it's an act to cover up the media image. However, Nandan Banerjee decides for himself that this arrangement might help Rudrik to learn and become a better man.

Tithi overcomes all obstacles she faces while in the family and also starts to understand Rudrik. Slowly she tries to make changes in the household and wins the trust and love of the family members. She also manages to make Rudrik respect their culture and he becomes more compassionate and kind. Amidst all of this, they slowly fall in love with each other but are unable to say it out loud. What happens after this constitutes the rest of the serial.
