Plot

Vikram Vedha is just like old Vikramadithan and Vedalam story. In Vikramadithan and Vedalam story, the Vedalam tells the story to Vikramadithan and at the end of the story, it asks him a question and if he fails to answer it right, then Vikramadithan’s head will shatter into pieces. The similar type is taken in Vikram Vedha. Maddy plays a cop and Vijay Sethupathi plays a gangster. The plot is very much interesting and you will feel it while watching. Watch the action thriller only at the theaters.

Star Performances

When Maddy and Vijay Sethupathi are in the cast, we need not discuss the performances. They have just swallowed everyone with their natural performances. Both the actors had a lot of maturity in their performances as well as the character selection. Shraddha, Varu and Kathir have also performed their best.

Analysis

Pushkar and Gayathri had already proved their mettle in Va Quarter Cutting and Oram Po. Vikram Vedha is yet another example of their incredible creation. Whether it is the character selection or the dialogues, they have completely blown the mind of the audiences. In particular, when we notice Vijay Sethupathi’s dialogues, we could see the fact and the questions shot by him will definitely match with ours.

What’s There?

Star cast gets 5 stars
Performance of the artists is just amazing
Cinematography is perfect and the BGM is excellent
Excellent execution by Pushkar and Gayathri

What’s Not There?

Very small flaws that didn’t need a mention

Verdict

Vikram Vedha is a beautifully designed film by Pushkar and Gayathri and well performed one by Maddy and Vijay Sethupathi. We should really appreciate Maddy for letting Vijay Sethupathi perform in a role which has a nice acting scope than that of his. Vikram Vedha will never disappoint you! Trust the film and visit the theaters!
