Plot

This is the story of Gudiya and her friends, who want to rob a bank in a small town Ranchi to achieve something big in life. Gudiya and her friends engage themselves in a series of events to hijack a small bank. Gudiya’s dream is to become a pop star. How did she get into this? While on their mission, Gudiya and friends land in trouble. Did they get out of it? Who helped them? Did Gudiya become the star singer? Watch the rest in theaters!

Star Performances

Anupam Kher appears as Thakur Bhaiya and needs special mention as he handled the role efficiently although the plot fails to justify his talent further. Shergill appears as a police inspector and he looks impressive and tough as a cop. He handles the first frame of the movie quite well. Satish Kaushik is another person to watch. Himansh Kohli needs better training in acting and he cannot mouth his dialogues well. Soundarya too fails to cast any spell.

Analysis

First-time director Sattwik Mohanty could not craft the story and situation well and hence the film fails to impress. Mohanty should have chosen something fresh and new for his debut venture.

Anupam Kher’s performance is the only soother

Screenplay is not impressive
Except for Anupam Kher, none of them played naturally
New faces in the film makes the audience feel as if they are watching some other language movie
Songs and background score could have been better
Execution needs some expertise

Verdict

The story of the film has no logic. As almost all the stars except Anupam are new faces, the film might not attract the audience. If you have no movies to watch this weekend, you could give it a try.
