Hannibal was a TV series produced at NBC. The story is based on the novel of Thomas Harris; more over the TV series revolves around FBI criminal cases between Will Graham and Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a forensic psychiatrist. The series was first aired on April 4, 2013. Season 1 and 2 had 13 episodes each and Season 3 aired on June 4, 2015.The end of the last season was on August 29, 2015. Jack Crawford, Head of Behavioural Science unit, FBI, finds out Will Graham for a special investigation of various murders across the Maryland area. Will being extra talented and has an ability to catch the killer was very much adored and he was appreciated for the kind of skills he possess.

According to the work he does he specializes in catching killers, and as for the work, it has few consequences. To be in a reality of life and continue doing his work efficiently Jack assigns a psychiatrist to Will Graham. The psychiatrist i.e. Dr. Hannibal Lecter, whose skills is appreciated in his group of colleagues and as a person with an intelligent mind and well practice. Yet as every person, he did have darker sides. And those darker sides were scariest part one could ever think of. Those darker parts of him were ones, which a person never wants to let loose of. Dr. Hannibal is one of those people who knowing; like the darker side of himself.

Dr. Hannibal was a psychopath who loves to kill and known as The Chesapeake Ripper, most wanted serial killer in the past recent years which was unknown to his colleagues and friends. As the time keeps passing the bonding between Jack, Will, and Hannibal keeps growing and goes to the level of being more than just colleagues. Hannibal being a psychopath uses his ability to manipulate people and messes around with FBI people and manipulates them and plays dangerous mind games with them and makes Will’s mental health unstable.

This series is a prequel of Red Dragon, adding on with the elements of Hannibal Lecter’s journey of being a psychopath and a doctor with high intelligence. The series is all about Dr. Hannibal messing up with FBI and maintain a reputation of a well-functioned Doctor along with how he manages to escape each and every time he commits a crime how he gets along with it easily and how he uses human mind to play along with his idea of being a psychopath.
